We remove furniture and equipment (FF&E/OS&E) from hotels, offices, and commercial spaces, with the same insured crews and the same timeline discipline we use for installation. Disposition management and storage are additional layers: billed only if the client needs them, never by default.
When a hotel renovates rooms, changes brand, or retires furniture and equipment, the real challenge is logistics: getting everything out of the property within the project timeline, without disrupting hotel operations. We handle it with the same crews, the same timeline discipline, and the same control we bring to every installation — quoted by labor, days, and crews, and delivered with a signed checklist from start to finish.

When the client doesn't want to deal with the final disposition of the furniture we remove — donating it, recycling it, or discarding it — we handle it and provide a sustainability report. It's a fee independent of the removal itself: many clients already have a buyer or destination for their furniture, in which case only the removal is charged.

If the client doesn't have their own warehouse, or hasn't yet decided what to do with the removed furniture, we can hold it while they decide. It's priced by cubic meter and by time held. If the client has their own warehouse, we simply deliver there and the service ends at that point — no storage cost on either side.
